The Herdade do Rocim winery in the heart of Lower Alentejo is synonymous with the highest quality standards and Portuguese wine-making tradition. The Mariana 2011 is the first Vinomaxx joint project in special edition. Here, the traditional Portuguese varieties Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga National, Trincadeira and some Syrah have been made into a very elegant cuvée, which is aged for 6 months in French barrels. In the deep red glass, on the nose with notes of black fruits, a touch of vanilla and coffee, on the palate you find wild herbs and elegant tannins beautifully integrated. The full body and lovely finish let you feel the power and strength of this wine - perfect for: open fire, cheese side, lamb, etc. Analysis: Alc: 14%, acidity, 5.7 g, RZ 2.3 g, PH 3.37.
